FUSION CAMPS

In Consideration of the permission granted my child to participate in any activity/programme provided by FUSION, birthday party, class, competition, team, including physical activities, I, the parent or legal guardian of the above named child, make the following representations: By registering for FUSION programmes I understand that the programmes and, their various forms, can be hazardous that have many dangers and risks. I realize that injuries are a common and ordinary occurrence of these sports. I agree, as a condition of allowing my child to participate in FUSION programmes, that I freely accept and voluntarily assume all risks of personal injury or property damage on my own behalf and on behalf of my child, as listed above. I understand that by signing this RELEASE OF LIABILITY, I hereby RELEASE FUSION, its parent, subsidiaries, and related entities, its successors, representatives, agents, assigns, coaches, trainers, volunteers, employees, officers, and directors (collectively “FUSION”) from any and all claims of liability to me or my child resulting from FUSION actual or alleged, the Qatari Law takes precedent. I further agree to ASSURE and HOLD HARMLESS FUSION from any loss, damages, award, judgment, or other liability, however characterised, including lawyer fees, resulting from injury, or damage to the property or person of the undersigned child, his or her parents, or legal guardian, resulting directly or indirectly from such player’s participation in any programmes, sports games or other events.
